How to check the LC status related with DBEC

Hi,
Could someone provide me the way to find out the status of my LC status of Green Card processing for DBEC?
My PD: DEC, 2002

RIR Response confirmation filed with Dallas BRC on 02/10/2005
Preference Status is EB3(2) RIR

Per my lawyer, it still has to undergo recruitment. But it should be the first ones to fall in line once BRC starts recruitment.
 
My PD is 6/3/2003.
NON-RIR (TR)
My case is in Dallas and was entered in the system on 7/19/2005.
No 45-day letter yet.
 
Near as I can tell my PD is 4/16/2004 according to EDD in California.

As far as I know it has been moved to the Dallas BEC and all has been quiet so far. I was able to squeak one of those email status requests to DFLC in May and received a response NOT YET ASSIGNED. I tried again in July and go the form letter response equivalent to "shove off".

I don't know what EB3 is and I don't know what SWA is either.

Hello all,

I've been mostly silent reader of this forum. I just got good news about my case. My lawyer had to request details on my case from BEC since I was going to file 7th H1-b extension and screenshot lawyer recevied shows my status CERTIFIED.

My case details:

CA,EB3,RIR
PD : 02/26/2003
RD : 01/something/2004
45day letter received/replied: 01/05/2005
Screenshot shows 08/15 as "data entered". I believe it's the same as "certified date".

Have not received a hard copy yet.

Thanks all you guys, especially those who put so many efforts into LC date tracking and spent so much time in this forum replying to our questions. Special thanks to Icarus. :)
 
Received labor cert PD: 1/15/2003

My attorney sent an email today saying they have received the labor certification notification from BPC Dallas.
Waiting for the hard copy:

Attorney sent response back to BPC on 2/10/2005

Finally i received my labor cert today... :)

My lawyer made a request to DBEC on my behalf and DBEC responded very quickly. My info is not contained in the DBEC tracker...

Ack. That should say my info is NOW included in the DBEC tracker...
 
How long it will take

Dallas Backlog center date received: 07/07/2005.
No 45 day yet.

It went to SESA during LC and then moved to BEC.
Attorney send me a screen shot, STATUS in the screen shot is empty.

Will it work? if so how long it will take.

My Attorney told me that she did not receive any 45 day letter for my case yet.

Thanks for creating this thread...I found out about this website this weekend and it seems to be really encouraging and informative for me to have such info about LC.
