Iam just relaying one of VSC's I140 Approval. VSC is at way ahead !!!

Hi,

Today my I-140 is approved and I just saw the approval email. SO relaxed...I will post in the thread, once after I get the approval notice. How long should/will it take?

Hopefully it will not be too long for the I-485 to be approved :)..

permfiling,

Processing dates will always be different than the priority dates. Processing date only refers to the date, that service center received the "adjustment of status" or "485" application.

any updates??

I filed 140/485/765/131 in last November. I had LUDs on 11/29/05 and have no LUD changes at all. Anybody received EAD or AP? Any FP appointment notice??

My receipt number for I140/I485... is Nov 30th 2005 and I haven't got any LUDS since Dec 8th 2005.

I checked out December thrread. some of them already did FP!

My PD is 10/14/05 and 140 was filed on 11/30 and there was a LUD later. U mentioned 485 as the PD's are not current for 485.

On a lighter note, I recently saw Rangdebasanti ....i feel to go back and do changes there rather then be at the mercy of the system here. :rolleyes:

The CSC I-140 dates, as per the update released today, have moved a wee bit.

My question: does the I-140 of a person applying in Seattle goes to CSC? I ask because I know someone from the Seattle area with a ND of 10/15 getting approval a couple of days back....it'd make sense if the Seattle area has a separate queue...anyone knows better?

Well, I received I 521 for me and my wife today via snail mail. Approved date was Feb. 2nd. CSC processing time posted yesterday showed 11/14/05 ND for I 131, but I guess they are moving faster. Hopefully, EAD and 140 approval come soon!

YES. CSC's jurisdiction covers the west coast cities, and seattle is one of them.

Good to hear from you after so long!!

Have you go tyour I-140 approved yet? The CSC dates show 8/16 for EB2...just wanted to cross-check...

Is this a normal pace for CSC...I was given to believe that CSC I-140 was much faster than the recent pace would suggest...has it slowed down recenly? Is this slow pace likely to continue?

I 765 approved for my wife

I received an E-mail that my wife's 765 is approved. LUD was changed three times, 2/17, 19 and 21. my case's LUD was changed for 17th and 19th, but no approval e-mail. I had to send photos again a month later that we originally filed becuase USCIS lost them and told me that I did not sent them! I may be put into the later que than my wife due to this mishap.

Hey DocPC, your case is very similar to mine, my wife's EAD got approved but not mine (and they also claim that they didn't get my pictures, which I'm sure we did send, but we sent them again anyway)...and we didn't get fingerprinted as well

Dude, I've got an e-mail that they sent me RFE notice via snail mail. you might get the same if they losy our photos again!!! This really sucks!!!!

I also saw they're supposed to process mid-nov EAD's now...
