guess on filing i-485

Hi All,

Got an email from USCIS that my I-140 case has been approved.
Approval date 4/7/06
(first an email came from CRIS that they received my 140 application and it is taking a whopping 400 - 450 days to process this kind of application and immidiately second email said that case has been approved..!)

Now the long wait starts for filing 485. Does anyone want to make a rough guess when we will be able to file 485 (Labor PD around May 03)?

Congratulation! I have same situation with you, using Lab Sub for filling I-140. Regards to PD of I-140 with Lab Sub, I heard too many editions. Did you received the offical I-104 approval letter? which date is your PD? Is PD based on Lab Sub or received date filling I-140? Thank a lot,

When did you get the notice from TSC saying that your I-140 was transferred to TSC from CSC? Did you get the notice when they transferred it - in March, or did you get it later - in April?

This question is also directed to other readers as well - if their I0140 has been approved by TSC, even though they filed in CSC, did they get the transfer notice at the time of transfer or they got the transfer notice much later?

Has anybody heard anymore - like LUD changes, or anything at all? My lawyer said that she had talked to the immigration agent who had interviewed me, and that he had sent the case back to the service center with his report. However, I have not heard anything at all since the interview with the immigration agent.
Please let us know if anybody has any updates.

No. It does not have any impact on I-140/485 as long as the Job Profile is same / Similar.. Title does not matter.

gp111, I have consistently heard the same response to this question. I am just curious if there is an official ruling or memo that I can refer to from the DOL/USCIS site?
