CSC I140 tracker

Shortly, it May be our time "YAHOOING"...ant,bql,Arun,chait.. and many other chat friends

 May be if not all of us at least few hopefully will get an huge X- Mas gift form INS.Lets hope the new JIT Report due this weekend will move and catch up with Vermont and Nebraska.
PS: Normally CSC releases JIT Report bi-weekly.As the last release is 7th of Dec I believe next one would be on 21st of December. I have no hard proof on this but CSC of late is keeping up with posting the JIT on time.

After a frustrating wait for my LC, now its I140. Hope CSC moves faster.

Guys,
I guess there are quiet a few places to post messages. Arun\'s 140 is approved his WAC is 01-275-5xxxx. Karlk and I are having the same dates as Arun has and we are still waiting. Hope its our turn now.
 
Who cares, look like INS has spent quite some time on wac-01- 275 cases

You should get yours anytime now.

WAC-01-257-XXXXX EB3 RD - 06/28/2001, ND - 08/14/2001. i don\'t know what is happening with my case.

2 questions for anyone:

1. What\'s the difference between RD and ND?
2. Based on past history, what\'s the rate at which INS works? Specifically, how many calendar days does it take to move a day of application? 1 day? 2 days? A week?

RD is the date on which the application/petition is received by INS and ND is the date on which the receipt notice is printed by INS
 
I got approved with same ND

Hi, My receipt date is 06/21 and ND is 08/14 , Approved on 11/26
 As you mentiuoned your in EB3/RIR, but mine is in EB2/RIR, Actually EB3/RIR is a head of EB2/RIR, Probalbly you should be getting soon.
