firebird CSC has not released the new JIT yet. so hold on

Actually there is an approval with ND 09/25 posted yetserday, so i guess CSC is still moving !

Man this is frustrating ... so many applications after me have been approved and no word yet on mine.
 
Actually JIT was released last week ...

... and guess what? INS have moved to 10/26 for some I140 categories.

Folks, who are waiting for their approvals, check with your lawyer about which category you are in or for approvals. I know that some attornies are sloppy in communicating.

After LC, it does\'nt matter if you are in RIR or non-RIR. However, it is important to check which category (like CE1 or DE2, etc) your app was filed in. The processing times for I140 for these different categories are different. So check with your attorney about the dealy and the category you belong to. As I had mentioned in my previous mail, I140 A E2\'s processing time is still 7/30. Good luck!
 
Is anybody waiting to get 140 approval notice and how many days its taking to get the copy?

Is anybody waiting to get 140 approval notice and how many days its taking to get the copy after approving the 140. Mine was approved on Dec 18th but till now lawyer didn\'t receive the copy of that. Is anybody in the same boat?

Somethings fishy. Check with INS again. It should not take that long. I know people who got their approvals within a week after the approval message on the phone.
 
Thanks but our lawyer didn\'t get till now

Even the AVM message was not changed but when I call to INS they said that it was approved on DEC 18th then I called NVC they also created the case on Jan 15th and they are forwarding the packet 3 within 2 to 4 weeks.
