I am in vacation in India and returing only on June 16th. I am going to enter back in Advance Parole. would it be any issues during entry?

Just received GOLDEN email from USICS that
"This case has been approved. On May 26, 2004, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."
MY touch date did not changed.Also yesterday received email from USCIS that my 3rd EAD got approved.
So you all were right according to this my earlier post that it was matter of time.

Here are some details:

RD/ND: May 8, 2002
1st FP: June 11, 2002
Case transferred to Oklahoma city on July 17, 2003
Case returned to CSC on August 8, 2003 after a letter to Oklahoma office and fax inquiry to CSC
Second FP: May 15, 2004
AD: May 27, 2003
NO RFE.
Applied for 3 AP/EAD, 2 of them approved, one pending.
The above details are the same for my wife and my daughter’s cases

Last update date for both of us was 5/04/04 however it changed to 5/25/04 for me recently not for hubby. Hubby was same as 5/4/04 and he is the primary.

( I have recently seen a couple of approvals with last touch date of 5/4/04 ... )

Today morning I checked and last update date was 5/28/04 for both of us and case status couldn't be found ( was giving an error ). There were no emails in the mornings but around 10 am received emails that our cases have been Approved.

One thing that kept me coming back to this forum were kashmir's posts. I feel his scan activity posts kept the hope alive especially in the last year..

This forum has been my home for the last 2 years and I shall keep coming back. Would like to thank Rajiv for maintaining this little treasure and others like PCee, kashmir,I140-forever, dumbo ( who isn't that dumb) and all the volunteers.

( Coming to this forum for so long I feel like I have learnt enough to be a immigration lawyer myself )

Also thanks toonarmy for the sending the approval vibes . They worked for me too . Hopefully we'll see your approval soon as well.

Really wish all of you get your GCs fast! As we all deserve it.

I was checking my status and it seems that the I485 for my wife and kid has been approved (last updated 5/28/2004) while mine hasn't (last updated 5/25/2004)..both my wife and kids were derivative applicaitons.

I am assuming mine should be approved in a few days..

My lawyer got the approval notices and farwarded me yesterday.
There was no update on USCIS site yet, still says finger prints rcvd ...
No RFE. Also my wife & daughter got approvals.
Its a great feeling of relief.
