The first person I wrote was my local congressman and got a response 3 weeks later. A week or so later, I wrote To Chuck Schumer and Hillary Clinton (NYS Senators), Dick Cheney and the First Lady and I'm still waiting for responses from them. I guess that ought to do it for WOM purposes, although there are people who write to other politicians as well. I'd suggest starting with your local congressperson.
By InfoPass printout, I mean the appointment letter that's generated when you schedule an InfoPass, the same one you print out and bring with you. I also want to obtain the name and badge no. of the IO who's in charge of InfoPass. In short, try to amass as much support material for WOM as possible.
