LC Approval?

Did any one get LC approval?
My PD is 21st Nov 2003
got 45 D letter in Feb and replied in Feb.
Waiting l............................ong for LC ... No clue it is worth of waiting this long or just leave the country for good..

Looks like the jun 30th deadline to send out 45 DL's is strictly being adhered to.
let's hope the 'remove backlog by sept 07' promise holds true too.
