HI Everyone,

Case 1:
I entered US Nov 2007 for the first time in US as H1B with my Wife and Kid.

Case 2:
My parents have filed i-130 for me without my knowledge 2years back. When i was unmarried. (Parents are Green card holder and are in the way to get Citizenship)

My question is :

Q1: Is it a good idea to file for Green Card with H1B from my employer

Is it legal to apply Green Card even i have already applied for i-130.

Which process would speed up to get my Green Card issuance.

You must have been applied your Labor Certification to extend your H1. So you had already applied your GC initia step.

First check your priority date, through you parents may be current now . If that is the case you can go and apply 1 485/ EAD/AP to gether immediately.
