Concurrent filing 140/485 Tracker-CSC

140 approved

Hi,

I'm glad to hear that my I140 got approved yesterday. Received a case status inform. email from USCIS this morning. They sent the email last night around 10pm thou.
Here's some detail info regarding my case.

140/485 concurrent, EB2, Labor Sub, RD 08/11/03, AD 09/07/04.
No RFE, Previuos LUD was Dec. 03.

Company Size: 10,000

How to find out if the case is transfered to a local office like LA or San Jose etc?

EAD/AP approved on 09/07/04. Received notice by E-mail on 09/09/04.

Question about FP notice:
*I have not received the FP notice yet. Are there any way to check if FP notice has been sent out?
*If the FP is lost somehow and I missed my FP date, is it going to affect my GC? Are there anyway I can make up?
If indeed FP has not been sent out, does it mean there are problems with my case?

re:

mine is a non concuirrent case. 140 already approved. i had gone for FP on 9/7. Today the status is updated as
'We have received the FP results and processing has resumed on ur case'. Does this mean that my name check has been cleared by FBI too.

No change for my wife's status though.

how and from where u get this list. My 140 was filed in oct 03 and still pending. FP done long back

I have RD/ND same as yours (i.e. 7/29/04). I have received FP notice
but there is no way to tell this looking at status on www.bcis.gov. I don't
know if there is any way to tell if it was sent out/or it was lost. But did
you try calling local BCIS office to see if there is a way to track this ?
because if there was an FP notice, they should have record and should
expect you to come for FP on that date.

congrats :) . mine was applied in may 04. still waiting. what's the size of your company and any other useful details?

I believe your lawyer should also get the FP notice.

Yes ! They do get a copy. I my case they received 3 days later.
 
Not always true.
Strangely, like many did I too receive 2 FP notices in diff of 20days.
The first one, i only got it but my attorney didn't get it.
The second FP notice, both of us got it.
Its for you to interprit whatever.
