Concurrent filing 140/485 Tracker-CSC

New to the forum

Hi Guys,

I am about to apply for concurrent 140/485 in EB2. My labor got approved last week. What are the steps in the whole process?
What is the current wait time to get it approved?
How do i get the medical clearance.

I140 Employment Letters

Just got my labor approved and I am in the process of filing my 140 and had a few questions with regards to Employment letters:

Do the letters have to be from HR or from my former managers? If I were to get these letters from my former mangers do they have to be at the same company (most of them have moved on to other opportunities)? In which case which company letterhead's should we use?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As far as I know it has to be from the HR of the previous company. I had my ex boss write a letter up (he is still at the same company), but the lawyer made me get the HR to co sign the employment letter along with that.

hi aashavaadi, i am new on this forum; i just want to know why i dont have my fp notice yet. it seems that my application for I140, I485, I765 & I131 received by USCIS earlier than yours,

I140/I485 - rd 11/23/04
nd 11/29/04

EAD approved 2/03/05
AP approved 2/05/05 (i'm not sure the exact date i let u know later)
FP ?????
what is LUD?

Timing of FP notice depends on the service center at which your application was filed and your location.

LUD = Last Updated Date.

Is your case in CSC ?

Hi lynne08,

Most of the I485's filed after 15th Nov. are yet to get their FP notices. There might be some exceptions but most of the people who filed on or after Nov. 15th, 2004 have their applications in the received state.

how does somebody knows the priority date

how does somebody knows the priority date?my 485 receipt does not have any priority date. its just blank. or am i missing anything here? can some shed some light on this?

The PD on the 485 receipt being blank is perfectly okay. Everybody has the same thing. You are not missing anything.

Do you have a copy of your LC?? If yes, it should be on it. If you have used a subs. labor, PD is the date when that labor was filed with the State SESA. One other place where you can find the PD is on the approval notice of I-140 (if your I-140 is approved, check the approval notice).

Thanks for the info. No I dodn't have other receipts. But mine is not a substitute labor. So I guess i would be my labor filing date.

i got my FP notice last friday, ND 2/17/05 and my schedule is on 3/5/2005 @1:00pm. the Fp notice is for myself only we're still waiting for my husbans FP notice. i want to know why my LUD did not changed pls see details;

I 485 RD 11/23/04 ND 11/29/04 LUD 12/03/04
I 140 RD 11/23/04 ND 11/29/04 LUD 11/30/04
EAD RD same same Approved: 2/08/05 myself & husband
AP same same Approved: 2/03/05 myself & husband
FP ND 2/17/05 scheduled 3/05/05 -myself only
FP waiting for my husband.

is anyone knows why my LUD's doesnt changed.

Lynne,

I received two sets of FRP notices - the LUD did chenge for the first one. For the second one ("Biometric Collection" FP notice), there was no LUD change.

Is CSC still approving I-140 and I-485 together for pure concurrent processes?

Not sure if it can be called together, but the approvals are very close to each other.

I have been a silent user of this forum and thread to gather info. Just like to share that I finally got the emails saying that my I-140 and I-485 for both me and my spouse have been approved. :D
