I would like to update this including my info as well. But I dont know what my PD is. Where can I find this info? I am under EB2 and my company filed my concurrent petition.

I had a talk with an officer of the Local Custom Service this morning.
I was told that my i-140 was transferred to TSC on Apr 28 but I
wasn't notified. I asked her why my case was transferred later than others.
She replied that maybe it was held up by my other application.
If what she said is true, I think, it indicates my EAD application.

How about your I-140? Is there any update? If no, I strongly
suggest that you make an appointment with your local service center.

Yes, I did see some NIW approvals in the past couple days from TSC , some are concurrently filed. what's your situ ?

Applied NIW... timeline is similar to you... retrogressed country .. waiting for approval for both stages.

So did you see direct approvals or RFEs? Usually RFE is a given in NIW. Also what happened to 485 in such cases - any idea about that?

In my case, I have EAD/AP approvals long time back, around Oct-Nov time frame. So there is no way that my 140 was held due to them.

I ever told you that I didn't know where my 140/485 applications were and my dependents' 485s were transferred on Mar. 23.

I was afraid that my applications might get lost until this morning.

My case was transferred to TSC on Apr 28 but I wasn't notified.
Two weeks ago, I made an appointment
for today's talk with the local service center.

I guess, a very poor officer in CSC got out of my 140/485 physical
materials when he/she processed my EAD, and left them
behind at his/her workplace for a long time.

Oh! I see..

In my case, none of my 140, or 485 for me and family were transferred (meaning... did not received email or paper notice). EAD/AP are approved but online status does not say that.

How did you talk to a Local Custom Officer

Dear friendly_ask

How did you get in touch with the Local Custom Officer? What is a Custom Officer doing with immigration anyways. DO you have acontact number that I could use as well. My RD of I-140 is Sep 27 and I have no clue where my case is, I mean, no update at all...
