Too many are pending...

Check my first message of this thread for the break-up of concurrent cases pending 140 approval.

Hi nike,
Actually, it will not be a problem to get the consolidated list, even if I update
in the middle of this thread. If you 'search' this thread for all my messages
under my ID, then you can get to the last and latest one.

Per your suggestion, I have created EXCEL sheet, and attached to my very
first message of this thread. So that it will be like a Master Tracker.

Your first post could act as the master tracker...

perm :

if you consolidate these in the middle will be tough to update/navigate.
Instead update your first post with the consolidated info OR better
put it in an excel sheet and attach it to your first post -
so that we can also track RD/ND/wac numbers etc for various cases
at once.

My 2 Cents

All,
I think we should also track the location (in my case it is Mesquite, TX).
This you won't find on the website or in the email, to get this information you need to call National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283 (its an automated voice service).

I am in your boat too!

This information is also available on the notice that you might have received via postal mail. My case also went to Mesquite, TX. Though I think everyone's case is transfered to the same location as that is the place where TSC is located.

Hi

I just noticed this person sure2get who applied concurrently(i believe so not sure about EB category), got 140 approved today.

'sure2get' applied semi-concurrently as EB2

srignram,

Good catch....

Actually it seems 'sure2get' applied semi-concurrently as EB2.
Not sure whether that made a difference versus pure concurrent though.

approvals for xfr date > 3/21

Have you guys seen anyone got approved with the I-140 transfer dates
greater than 3/21 ? AFAIK there were none... but I may be wrong.

Note: I think the Emails were sent out one day after the actual
transfer happened. In my case, the transfer was on 3/22 and I
received the mail on 3/23.

Whatelse ...

:D
I dont see the reasoning behind not handling concurrent cases... it is not like they are send approvals for 485... i bet a lot of people have PD as current and are waiting for 485 approvals... TSC can handle concurrent cases in the same way as it is handling those cases....

"TSC can handle... "
-- Actually, TSC SHOULD handle all the cases the same way.

All non-concurrent I140s are getting approved, and the concurrent ones are still there where they were since September, 2005. Literally, every concurrent case filed on or after September 2005 is getting suffered, like too much delay.

I think there is a slight difference between concurrent cases Vs non-concurrent cases processing. Apart from the cost point of view, I think they will exchange some information between 140 & 485, and thats why it takes more time to process the non-curr cases. But, 8 months is too long time.
