Concurrent Filers (140/485) CSC-TSC: Waiting for 140 Approval

Let it be any thing. I can offer my database to any one that is interested to refresh it *every day* and willing to *post the results* here on this thread. Any one ??

True. Trend is visible in any case. On a side note I entertain myself calculating a number of cases in XFered state per day. At the end of April (Arun's update) that number was ~44, now it's dropped to ~28.
 
I have been observing your scan postings.....And I find it consistent....I am willing to do the favor, but as I am going out of station for next 15 days, I might not be able to do the justice due to technicality--no internet. I can take it after my return in June 1st week.

There is a seperate tracker for CSC to TSC transfered cases under CSC-485 forum,run by Nikedude.

Does anyone EB1-OR case get approval after transfer from CSC-TSC?

My case:
Eb1-OR, 140/485 concurrent file
RD: 9/29/05, ND: 10/06/05
FP: 10/26/05
I-140 transfer: 3/23/06; AD: No
I-485 transfer: 3/27/06
I-140 case number: WAC0600551XXX
 
140 Approval Papers

Can you guys tell how many days it took for your lawyer/employer to see the real 140 approval papers in mail after you got the approval email?

Did both your lawyer and employer got the papers or just one of them?

Received 6 emails from uscis yesterday, all with the same info that my I-140 case had been approved. Any ideas on how long 485 is taking?

California Service Center EB2
I-140, RD: Sep 27, 2005

When was your case transferred to TSC? Can you please post your case details (like RD,ND,PD, CSC-TSC Xfer date etc). That helps lot of others specially who are in the waiting mode. Thanks for the update anyway.

200 papers still pending on these 3 days.Well TSC is not doing any justice to the transfered cases.They have approximately 50% or more papers pending.I have seen in another forum that they have cleared lots of papes filed in the month of mar'06 and apr'06 directly with them. Almost 60 days gone from the day of transfer,dont know how long more we have to wait.I dont see any light at this moment.

I remember few folks like you and me are in the same situation, of not knowing about 140. Can you post your case details (RD, ND, PD, EB2/3 etc) that way I can update the tracker. Whats your first digits of WAC number?

Strangely, majority of the proxies servers in my list are getting failed due to tunnel, unreachable issues. Iam picking up new set of proxies now to complete remaining database scanning. Or tell me your WAC database date, I can quickly run it and post it here before you go. Ok?
