Hello,

I have read many post here. But need to confirm. Basic Documents required along with the application are. Applying through work, with 4 years 9 months rule.

1. Photo
2. Green card copy
3. Fees $675
4. Application N-400

Do i need to attached Marriage certificate?. I got GC through work. All the other documents, as mention at starting post, I plan to take at the time of interview. Is that ok.

No harm in attaching a copy. You might be asked to show your original MC at the interview even if applying under the 5 year rule.

You need two photos. Also, write your name and A# on the back of the photos as instructed. Also, write your A# on the check you are enclosing. Other documents including marriage certificate will be required at the time of interview. Your list is enough for now. The important thing to learn here is, submit only the things asked for. Not more, not less. They will ask you if they need it.

1. Should i put my wife application and mine in same envelope and sent thr US post. Or should i send both seperate?
2. Should i print N-400 application double sided or single sided?

from General Tips on Assembling Applications for Mailing
If you are sending more than one case in an envelope, clearly separate the cases by rubber band or clip fasteners.​
Also add a cover letter listing the applications (with names, A#s etc) and politely ask for processing as family

I've heard it's easier on the USCIS processors if it's single-sided but don't find this in writing. Err on the side of making it easier for the officer to read your application, print it single-sided.

Can i send next day delivery USPOST with tracking to above address or i have to use below address.

Phoenix, AZ 85034.

USPS next day is express, so send to the address at E Skyharbor Circle S
