Hello

1-anyone Knows what is the CitizenShip Form Number , or where can i download the Form to fill it ..

2- i want to fill the form my self , if i make mistake and the form return to me , well i have to pay fees again for the form to correct the error's ..

3- Does it take long to for the Interview..

I am sorry but if you don't know from where you should download the form, it is better to ask help from a lawyer.

If you are so worried, then please make sure you dont make mistakes on your form. double check, triple check, etc. Even your lawyer can make mistakes (and yes, it has happened)

Fill out the form, then have a lawyer or somebody else familiar with the process who understands English very well discuss every part with you and make corrections before sending it in. In many towns there are community groups that help immigrants with their citizenship applications.

As far as mistakes are concerned, some can be totally harmless, but in the worst case you can be accused of lying and have your case denied or delayed.

Thx Guys , i do have Someone Speaks English very Well , the problem She is so worry to help Because she Dont want cuse mistake .. i tried to hire Attorny and he asked for $2500 , and little bit here and there which i might end up three thousands , add to that the fees Cost .. Honestly i cant Offer attorny right Now so i have to do it My self and with all help i got here , Got the Form,the Guide Book ,the INS ,and after review all i think i Can Do it ..

One Laste Quastion ..

the Guide Book SAys there well be English Test , Reading . Writing , 100 Civis ..and i understand that and i downloaded the Example of the Test but they Said somthing about english test that you could take by any language you want .. what they Talking about ? it sound to me they talk about Old Pepole ( with all respect ) .. i dont know

The attorney must have thought you wanted help with the whole process from end to end. Explain that you only want a one-time consultation to sit down and review your rough draft of the form. You should be able to find an attorney who will do that for less than $300. Then take the attorney's feedback and go home and fill out a revised version of the form and send it in, and you don't need the attorney any more (unless you have complications like a criminal record).

Most places in the US have immigrant support organizations that can help you fill out forms for no charge. Check you local phone book for listings. They also provide free lessons towards citizenship interview preparation.

That is true. But that does not really help for mistakes resulting from misunderstanding the question, as the interviewer will simply re-ask the questions without going into definitions and details. For example, many people think that they don't have to mention arrests if they were arrested and then released immediately without being charged or the charges were dismissed. If they go into the interview with that same incorrect understanding, they won't realize that they should change the answer.

Well ' i never been in jail , in fact i never had chance to talk to an officer but the one issued the green card for me and an office in park lot :) beside the officer's on the airport ..

idont think realy i need attorny at all , the form is clear Enoght for me .. but there somthing i dont know what to answer ..

its about my work History , i have all dated but there one day i worked at kroger and Left the Next day .. ididt like the Job . i know it was the Summer of 2005 but i cant remember the Day or the Month .. so what should i put tthere .

i'm planing Just to Say Summer 2005 since i cant remember the month and the day
 
I guess we'll have to assume that your understanding of English is about 20 times better than your spelling, otherwise you are in 'trubel'.

i do have problem with spelling but i do understand english little bit better than you do .. so what your comment has to do with my Thread or my last Quastion ..:)
