Citizenship for Brothers

Hi Folks,

We just became USC and would like to apply US Citizenship for my 2 brothers(age 30/35). Which form/s do I need to file? Can you file one form for both of my brothers or one for each?

I assume their minor children will be able to acquire USC once my brothers becomes USC and the children won't have to go through long wait. Is this correct?

You can't apply for their citizenship. They have to apply and interview for it on their own.

Not all nationality, some wait for 30 years.
For their children, if the kids will be less than 18 years old when your brothers’ priority date will be current, no problem they can claim them as dependents by then.

It depends on how old they are, and how long the I-130 took to approve.

After 18 they are no children anymore.

After 18 they are no children anymore.

But they remain eligible to accompany the OP's brother and get green cards if they are under 21 (after adjusting their age for the CSPA ... so they could turn 25 or 26 and still qualify).
