Hello All,

I know there have been various posts about this question, but I jsut wanted to confirm that if I got a condional GC (after being married to a US Citizen) and am resident since 2/23/06, I can now apply for citizenship? I have been married since 5/28/05.

Yes, you are qualified to apply for US citizenship based on marriage. Do not risk any traffic ticket and do not commit any crime. Good luck :)

If you are been married to US citizen for at least 3 years and have 3 years of continuous residency , then yes you may apply now.
