Hello all...looong time..

Quick question with regard to the 90-day before anniversary rule:

What happens if you send your app. 90-day before the 5th year anniversary? Do they start processing it right away, or will it be after the exact 5th year anniversary (if so, then why bother send it 90-days ahead)?

On N 400 what option we check if applying 90 days before 5 years.

A I have a lawful permanent resident since 5 years ( which seems not applicable)

You will choose following:
