He was really helpful and she said, they were processing JAN 20, 2004.
I think, I beleive her and we will have to wait for the AVM to get updated in couple of days to get a confirmation.

Did she tell why? If it takes them 2-3 months to process cases filed between Dec 17 and Jan 02 it would take almost a year to clear the Feb 2004. Mine was sent to Chicago DOL from Iowa on Feb 6, 2004 and I'm not able to get any info from AVM.shail007 said:I checked with operator again today.
