Usually happens like that on Mondays...but till today
its behaving the same....may be they are doing a bunch
of updates and we all get certified :))

PLEASE SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE...THERE IS JUST NO AUTHENTIC
INFO OUT THERE....ANYBODY KNOWS WHAT MONTH-YEAR CASES
ARE COMING BACK....

NON-RIR was approved for some people

If you do a back research on this thread, you will find some people do get their NON-RIR approved.

From what I remember, SV1234 did have his NON-RIR apporoved in last Nov, and his NON-RIR went to Chicago in June.

I am on the same boat on you.

Do you know if this case was limited review.
I know an EB2-NONRIR from June who got approved in Nov , ,
but he was limited...

One friend from April who is EB3 NONRIR is still waiting...

So its all confusing as to what date it is....

case not found

The AVM says my case cannot be located, I use to hear message as saying "Recevied" about two weeks before, now I am getting the message " case can not be located"

any clue

Try a little later...the system is sometimes goofy...

AVM Malfunctioning.

Yeah the same happening with me.
Trying to call AVM----it says case cannot be located.
Oh boy they are slow.
 
EB3/NON_RIR

Hi Prabhu,

There is a lot of discussion for non-RIR in the IL-SESA thread. But, let me share my details.

Still waiting, no news. Its been a long 3 year wait for just state labor.

I would appreciate it if anyone clarigy what limited review is and who qualifies for it.

Limited Review Processing is a sort of expedited processing by DOL.

After the local SESA reviews the recruitment report, then under GAL No. 1-97, certain straight-forward applications are flagged as appropriate for Limited Review Processing.


Limited Review Processing will applies to those cases that:

1. offer the prevailing wage;

2. have no special job requirements;

3. have no unusual job duties;

4. do not exceed the SVP code assigned to the occupation in the DOT;

5. have no U.S. worker availability or the few U.S. workers who apply clearly do not meet the actual minimum requirements for the proposed position.

After reviewing the recruitment report, the SESA forwards the case for adjudication to one of the ten regional offices of the DOL. The Certifying Officer ("CO") of the Employment and Training Administration for the appropriate Regional Office makes the final decision on the labor certification application.
 
They didn't say any reason they asked us to go for re Adv on their name for one sunday,which we did we got only 5 resumes.
My question is what is the chances if getting my LC cleared after submitting report to them

The AVM is working. However, when I enter my company's phone number, previously it used to give me a colleague's case details. However, now when I enter my company phone number, it says that the phone number cannot be located. Is anybody experiencing a similar problem - of the AVM behaving weirdly?

Please let me know.

Today i came to know that MY case at CDOL has been certified on 29th Dec 03. Waiting for the letter.

Still I haven't heard any news about my case and I will wait for a while.
