Any one from IL Sesa

Hi,
Is there any one who can give details about their case which has been moved to Chicago DOL from IL SESA recently like in the last week or so.

RIR/EB2, NON-IT
MI SESA
Received DOL Chicago: 7/22/03
Certified: 9/11/03
Hard Copy Received: 9/22/03

AVM is working now

AVM is working now.
Case # 05425530 has certified on 09/17/2003 as per AVM ( received by DOL 07/31/2003).

Sorry, The case # 05425530 is not mine. Just tried the case # and AVM was saying that it was certified.

Hi ASHKAR.........

I wonder How old cases will be listing on AVM for a particular company? I was in impression that more than 30 days older cases status will be removed from AVM. Correct me if i am wrong. Thanks............
 
GC Pain,

I think you are correct. When I checked few case nos., AVM was saying that the case nos. did not exist.
 
DOL Processing Date - August 5, 2003

Someone’s LC (Case # 0542562*) has certified on 09/19/03 (Received by DOL 08/05/03 and Dot code is
030.062-010)
 
Processing Aug 07 2003

Some cases from Aug 07 2003 has been certified. One case number is 05425659 Updated on Sep 25 2003

My case went to DOL in the first week of July,the AVM status still says "Case has been received". I did a random check and found that applications received later than mine have been certified.

Somone in this forum had mentioned earlier of the same problem and later found that he received a NOF.

Should I be worried or am I just too anxious. Today I asked my attorney to call up DOL.

Any suggestions?

Went to DOL on Jul 1

Are you sure your case no is 054246** and SASE Sent on Jul 1st. How this could be? When I checked random cases around your case no and found it should be Aug 1st week, not July 1.

Yes, buddy, I am positive as one another colleague(same company) of mine got his case approved on Aug 28 and his went to DOL on June 30.
With the same DOT code as mine. The only diff. is that his case went to SESA on May 21 and mine on Jun 10

When the LC status email was working we had received our information via the automated email.

I checked the case#s within a delta of 10 around my case and there were atleast 3 cases adjacent to mine that were with the same status as mine and about 5 cases ahead of me some were certified.


My case is EB3/RIR (030.162.014)(Prog. Analyst)
 
URGENT : Help needed. Minnesota/Chicago filing

Hi,

My company is planning to submit my case as RIR. The requested print Ad and 10days internal postings have been done. The print Ad 6 months validity ends in 2 days. So we are in last minute rush.

Now we noted that the ET750 part A requirement has only Advanced degree and 2 years experience in product design and in the "other special skills" section, nothing was mentioned. At this last minute we cant revise it too. If we want to add those " other special skills", then we have to file using Non-RIR as my company doesnot have any other Print Ad to further qualify for RIR.

Please let me know how important is this "other special skills" and how it will affect my process. Would RIR be rejected for this? And if we redo with normal process, will this be a problem.

Please provide any other solutions too.I am in Non-IT field and sure for my job we need lot of other skills.

Case Number

Who conveys the case number?
DOL? Lawyer upon enquiry to DOL? because the letter sent from SESA indicates that my case was transferred to DOL, does not have the case number. It just has the DOT code.
My case details:

EB3/RIR (Kanasa SESA)
SESA recd.: 08/07/03
SESA transferred to DOL : 08/15/03

How to find your DoL case details if you don’t know:
Call Chicago DOL AVM system 1-312-353-1059, and enter '1' for permanent applications and next menu press '2' if you don't know the case number -> enter your company 10 digit phone number (which was enter in labor application on form 750A)

When did your case received by Chicago, DOL?

My bad on the dates..
Here are the dates again:

EB3/RIR (Kansas SESA)
SESA recd.: 08/07/03
SESA transferred to DOL : 08/11/03
DOL recd date: 08/15/03.

Notice the promptness SESA transferred the case to DOL. Even my lawyer was surprised.:)
