Chicago DOL cases sent to BEC.

Just asking want to withdraw or continue. All that employer has to do is mark against one of them.
 
45-day letter and PD ?

According to what PC Chandra has posted earlier :

BEC Hotline Update

1- When we send 45 days continuation letter, that means your labor application filed correctly, but that does not mean that it is approvable. We will review all application to see if meet all requirements.

2- We will review each application we send the final decision by mail.

3- When I asked when you are going to start reviewing, replied" we are just started yesterday reviewing, cases who have been replied 45 days continutaion letter.

4- If everything all right with Labor application, and its meet the requirement during review, then you will see decision within a month.

5- we are trying to finish as quick as possible, no we will not wait untill all 45 days letter replied back. please do not talk about internet rumers.

Does that mean NO FIFO stuff and PD is not 100% reliable for labor certification......

I guess that makes sense on both sides. Most of the people with early labor certifications have to wait in other stages due to retrogressions....

What do you say guys?
 
45 Day Letter Rcvd.

I think now everyone from Mi should start getting 45 day letters. :) I got mine today.

PD: 3/03 MI
RD: 4/04 Chicago

Hi Guys from IL SESA & Chicago DOL,

Did any one received case number or case status from Dallas BEC about your cases? I talk to my attorney and he saying that he didn't get any case number? I am wondering whether his words r correct or not because i saw some people got case numbers from dallas BEC whose RD is after 06/2004 in chicago DOL..

My case details are...

Chicago DOL 06/15/2004
Dallas BEC RD ??????????
BEC case # ??????????

Please let me know whether you received any case status or case number from Dallas for those Who's PD or RD in chicago DOL earlier than my case.

You can get the case number on your own by sending a mail to Status@DAL.DFLC.US by mentioning your name, employer name and PD, RD and RD Case number if you have. Mostly you get reply in two days .

No reply to that email 'status@DAL.DFLC.US'
Just waiting to get the new case number and 45-day letter
 
i didn't get any status after sending the email either..its been 3 days now - i did get a status 3 weeks back and my case started with a T..i wanted to check again..do u think they don't email back once I already have a response?
