q1) If your Pkt3 is entered into their system before Dec 15-Dec 20 , there are goo chances of getting Feb 02 interview.
 
Is the IRS-9003 a two page form ????

Is the IRS-9003 a two page or a one page form ? Please respond. Thanks. The fillable PDF form that I downloaded from immihelp.com is a two paged form. Please clarify. Thanks.
 
Meech, It is a one page form.

It\'s an IRS form. So, they did to have a copy for your records for audit purpose. You can use any copy for CP. One copy is for your records. And the other one is for consulate. Look bottom of the sheet. It\'s an IRS form.

1) Feb.\'02. Send P-3 by Dec.10th so that Chennai has enough time to enter in the system.
2) MMR is fine. Vericella if you did not have chicken fox. Normally they give you booster even if had MMR before.
3) They don\'t care although it\'s required. Don\'t worry about this.
4) Dr. Vijaya Lakshmi is best. Mathai Thomas is worst.
 
PCC not required for Chennai.

Received e-mail conformation from chennai that PCC is not required if we applied from US.

Superman and all of you great job with keeping the thread rolling. Past few weeks has been very hectic at work and have not been able to participate in the January thread!

Missed the December date inspite of sending P3 by 10th Oct but should make it to January interview. Plus on the brighter side the cost of travelling in December would have been considerably higher anyways. This site rocks!

Vaccinations are conulate dependent.
For chennai according to this forum they are asking for MMR, TD.

Also have an issue with the Birth Certificate. The original BC does not have my name , it only has my mother name and that too misspelt.
So :
1. what kind of affidavits do I need(is there any format i can download) and
2. do I need to submit those affidavits along with the original BC ?

I would like to start gathering the documents for this now.

Guys –
Is this Blue dart thing compulsory for all immigration visas in Chennai consulate? Don\'t we have the option of coming and collecting the passport and packet in the evening?

You don\'t need BC with affidavits. Take two affidavits separately from Mother/Father.

How do we get a Police Clearance Certificate?

My Wife is in India. Does she need to get a PCC? She was in US. But I got to send her back when i got my I-485 approved. (My Stupid Attorney did not amend her I-485 to mine when we got married. He had her papers for 3 months and never amended it. Also he is not helping me now). She is in India for the past 5 months.

Yes, it is unfortunate. Probably bluedart has a hand in the glove of someone inside.
Guys who are going to stay in hotel and planning to give the hotel address should then make sure that the reception desk is very reliable.
