Changing to EB2

My PD is March 2002 filed under EB3. My 485 is pending.

Meanwhile on EAD I have changed 2 employers already. I don't see EB3 moving anytime soon.

Immigration Gurus:

My question is, using my 2002 approved LC, can my current employer file my 140 and 485 again under EB2?

What would happen to my exiting pending I-485 and EAD?

If I file concurrentlly again today under EB2, should I have to use new EAD?

Is it possible in the first place?

Not unless you and the LC job qualified for EB2 at the time the LC was filed.

Thanks for your response. All my approved LC says is 5.0 yrs experience...where would i find classification (eb2 or eb3)?

also what would happend to my current ead and 485?

check the LC form ETA750A item 14 and 15

post what is written in item 14 or 15
