Hi Experts,

Iam planning to switch employer with the same title/description and I have a questions on the same.
1. Can my current employer revoke my approved I140? If so, will it impact my current I485 process? Is there any official document from USCIS to support this?

Appreciate your response.

Thanks

-----yes

---------- you are safe as I-140 is approved and I-485 pending more than 180 days. you can invoke AC21
Is there any official document from USCIS to support this?
------------- you are eligible for AC21. search AC21 Memo and read

Thanks Ginnu for your feedback, My only biggest concern is that I shouldn't get into trouble when my current employer revoke my I140 after filing AC21. Can u please confirm that revoking my I140 by my current employer shouldn't halt my pending 1485 pending case?

Awaiting for your answer to my above question.

Thanks in advance.

Withdrawing the I-140 won't halt your I-485, but will cause USCIS to issue a Notice of Intent to Deny, giving you 30 days to claim relief under AC21.
