Candian Citizen needs to Immigrate to USA....urgent

My situation: I am canadian citizen with Indian Masters degree PLUS a one year certificate from Canadian institution. I lost my job in Canada.
My objective: is to immigrate to US by the fastest way. My parents are US citizens living in California. My questions below:
1. Can I qualify for work visa? What type and What is the process?
2. My parents are US citizens; can they file an immigration to US for me at the same time when I get my work visa?
3. Just tell me the fastest way to immigrate to USA.

P.S. I am unmarried, does this hasten in my immigration date to US??

yes. The immigration through your parents will take years (8+).

why don't you just try to get another job in Canada? what's the rush?

A1: L1A/B, H-1B and TN visas can be sought by you
A2: They can sponsor you for a GC, but it will be a long wait and you will rule out (or risk denial) TN
A3: Why the need for speed?

L-1A/B from an ex-ex-employer, not ex-employer, may be possible. I think the criteria is having worked 1 year full time in the last 3 years.
