I've been using my B1 visa a bit too much lately. I've stayed 3 times 5 months from November 2013 to February 2015 coming back in France for 2-3 weeks every 5 months.
Last time I went back in the US, the US officer at the border control told me I couldn't get back here without an E2. He gave me only one month (March 2015) and that was it. I'm working on the E2 visa, but in the meantime, I'd like to go in holidays with my family. They are all taking the same plane in late July (3 people, visiting my uncle in the US) and I'd like to go with them. If i print their tickets and show the immigration I'm going for holidays for 3 weeks with them with plane tickets same day as them will that be ok ? What are the risks ?
Should I go to Dublin to minimize the risks ? (The border control is at the airport in Dublin).
