Can my parents apply visa

Hi, I am holding asylum green card and be ready apply citizenship in 2015, my parents want to come to US to visit me, should they apply B1 visa now or wait until 2015?

If they can satisfy the IO that they won't immigrate, sure they can. My grandparents visited us even before we had GCs.

No problem at all. My parents have visited us 3 times with no problems at all.
