Can I file my i485 and my wife's if she has TPS (nepal) and was illegal ?

New Member
It has been 7 months since my Asylum got approved. My wife lost her status in 2008 recession and living in the US illegally with TPS from Nepal.
Is it okay to file her i485 along with mine after 5 months ?
Some say that I need to file i730 (Asylee Relative Petition) before filing for her i485.
Should I file my i485 first and get my green card first and then file her green card ?

She has to get derivative asylee status first (with I-730) and have that status for 1 year before she can adjust status.
 
When I filed my Asylum, I filed as a single. Our marriage record shows that we re married in 2008.
Is there going to be a problem if I showed the marriage certificate that I was married 9 years prior to filing for Asylum ?

So you lied to government that is gonna be problem anyway.
