Guys,

I am one of the unlucky ones to have not had my 140 approved yet. Please post details here to see how many are left.

My lawyer made an inquiry last week and the response was that I will hear something in 30 days. My lawyer was not very optimistic about this reply and said that things rarely happen this way. She said that this is a standard response to get people of the phone. Time will tell.

Going by the current responses it seems March 04 is cursed :)

Saras 76 : you have been very patient sofar. It is strange that your I140 is still not approved. Did you contact the Senator on this issue? Is your lawyer a competent one or just acting like a messenger between you and USICS? Many of the I140 filed after your applications have been approved.

I hope that your case is approved soon.
