Calling Unapproved 04 140s

Count me in

I think many applicants filed during first week of Oct '04 have it pending. Can't understand why the Oct first weeks application gather dust at TSC.

No message yet on 140/485
LUD on approved EAD on 03/08
 
rfe particulars

financial statement for 2001,02,03,04
w-2 for me and three employees
letter from employer
letter of labour certification and ad showing in the newspaper...

All were submitted in the original package when filing I140

Mine is same as yours but on my I140 there was only one LUD that happened after a week of filing. Some cases i heard they never seen a online approval status but the lawyer got the approval notice on mail i was hoping mine would be one such case but no luck as of yet i contacted my Desi company they are not willing to disclose the status or follow up on my I140.
Same old logic the more i stick around the more they could squeeze out.


Ziad2005 was there any online status update that showed you got a RFE. How did you get to know about your RFE ?
