Non-RIR: APR 27, 2001

Yes, I am constantly intouch with EDD, CA and getting information from them. Yes, it's a big jump and it's strange too!!!!!

yes, it seems unusual jump, but if you look at these dates carefully: 12 Sept 2003 was a Friday and 22 Sept 2003 was Monday. So basically there were 4 days of weekend holidays (so no new applications were accepted on these days). So actual processed days were 5 in 4 days; still not bad...

Hi all,

Is there a way to check the status of your LC(State)?Looks like they have crossed my Priority date but haven't heard anything from EDD yet.

Is there some phone number/site where you could check your case status.

You may be correct. When i enquired today in EDD, they told me that they are processing SEP 22, 2003 cases in RIR. So, it's not that big jump, OK.....

As of AUG 03, here are the processing dates:
RIR: SEP 23, 2003
Non-RIR: APR 27, 2001

Hi rnarsina,
It varies from two weeks to two months depnding on the workload of SF DOL. Right now things are moving little bit fast in SF DOL and you may listen your case number in AVM after 3 weeks or even before that. Check AVM after 2 weeks.

Is your date is PD or RD? Generally the date you submitted to CA SESA is called PD (Priority Date) and the date your application transferred to SF DOL is called RD (Recieved Date). I am little bit confused with your date. Please clarify.

My PD(Cal SESA) was 7/22/2003. Was informed by my lawyer yesterday that SESA has forwarded my application to DOL. It seems the RD(SFO DOL reciept date) and DOT shall come from DOL in few weeks.

Basss, Can you explain this

I got the response from EDD as below

Your case was reviewed on July 28th and an assessment notice was sent to your employer and the attorney of record. A response is due on or before September 13, 2004. Nothing else will happen with the case until the response is received. Once we get it, we will forward the case to DOL for a determination

What does this mean. Please can you explain this.
