Just found out that we got an RFI from SESA. Following are the queries at 30000foot level, the attorney shared it with me (I do not have the actuall letter)
The job is for a Senior Developer position
1. The Salary is less than the prevailing wage. The prevailing wage is 95K the ad. say 90K. In this job market I don't how it can be less.
2. Masters is not required for the job. I don't know why they said that, the ad says master or bachelors with 5 years of experience. How to justify that masters is required for my job. I need some advise on how to justify masters requirement for a job
3. We had experience with powerbuilder as preffered. nothing specific about the other experince. They say the ads are very subjective.
4. We work only 35hrs a week. HR folks filled in ETA 750A as 35 hours as regular and 5hrs as OT but specified $0 for OT
