assessment notice

When you say assessment notice, what do you mean by that? What exactly they asked for? And did they ask your lawyer or you? Can you please give more details so that it will be helpful to all of us. Because, every stage in this GC is like an ocean waiitng for us to be crossed, there are so many hurdles these days.

some evidence of additional recruitment, ads were requested in the notice and the lawyer responded accordingly. Thats all I heard. Not sure what was the exact content.

Assesment Notice

Just got an update on my case:

SWA has sent an Assesment Notice. What is an Assesment Notice?

Any body in the same boat?

I got one in june this year.
it is very common these days.
EDD(sesa) sent my attorney a letter stating that the masters degree and experience reqd ( 3 years) that we had mentioned in the adv was too restictive for the job.
my attorney sent out a business justification.
we had to amend the salary offered and post a new job posting at the office location for ten days.
that was it. sesa forwarded it to dol.

only problem is this will delay ur process by 2 months.

Is it very normal for an assessment notice to come ? Worried as it would push the process back again by a couple of months :(

For RIR it seems they are pretty consistent. So atleast they are not getting worse.
I say it is a good sign, (being optimistic :) )

Got Inquiry from SESA

My Lawyer got an inquiry from SESA saying that compnay needs to repost the IN-HOUSE ad. again.
Anyone in the same boat or anyone does have same experinces?

This Group seems to be very quiet :( - Can anybody share their experience of SESA inquiries ? What were they for and how long did it take to go to the next level.

Is AVM Number NOT working?

I tried to call the AVM number; but did not get the connection.
Did anybody else get the same experience?
