EB2 - NON-RIR, Maine-SESA
PD is 2/9/04
can anyone let me know how many days it may take from maine to process my case and go to boston DOL and
from boston DOL how many days it may take to clear my laobr
when i looked in the processing time.boston regional DOL is doing non-RIR for sept case, but i saw couple of posts who got cleared for nov/dec 2003 also
gurus any thoughts.i am just anxiously waiting

Look up the processing times at:

I am not sure if actual proc. times in Maine SESA are different from that listed.
Boston DOL is processing applications from nov/dec as you said, so they are in fact ahead of what is listed on the website. Their office seems to acknowledge the fact that the processing times on the website are not completely updated.

Hello all I am new to this forum.
I am working as a consultant. My employer agreed to apply for my GC in KY. I have given my papers to lawyer. He said he will apply for my labor in few days. I know this employer very well. But my project may end in 1 or 2 months.
I heard I can buy labor certificate if some one has it. I want to go for it. Since my project is uncertain.
Is it required to get one more H1 to apply for I140 & 485 if I get labor clearace form someone?
If you know some one who has labor clearance I am ready to pay.
Please help me in this.

I am not sure but my guess is 19th Nov 2003 might have considered as date for DoL.

I just heard from my lawyer - apparently DOL received my application from SESA yesterday (March 9). I think those of you (non-RIR) who submitted rec. results in nov/dec can also expect that your apps are in DOL by now...you could call your lawyers to check, if you are anxious!. Hopefully it will be another month or so to get the nod from DOL (sigh!)
