ever seen so far. Looks like the case went through SESA very unusually faster.

Real Labor Pains

At last, I was able to find some information about my case. It (PD 11/30/2001, EB2 RIR) entered Boston DOL on Nov 4th 2002 with DOT code 999.151-032. Now it is lying on some table or shelf while other similar cases that were received around that time got certified by the end of Nov 2002.

What in the hell can I do :confused: !!!
 
DOL processing pattern?

Does anybody know the Boston regional DOL processing pattern?

How do they allocate resources? By DOT# or by Case#? I found some cases behind me got certified within 1 day after received.

Are they still processing RIR cases on fast track and NonRIR cases slow track?

this is what i think how they do it

i think they have 'helpers' from time to time, although these helpers probably work for them one day a week, that's why you see 100+ cases adjudicated per day sometimes. they are probably people from other department or more junior people so they just pick whichever they feel comfortable to investigate from a recent pile, most likely a IT case because they've seen this too often and know pretty well what to do with it. more complicate or rarer job categories are left for the "fulltime" analysts to do, who are still working on June-july 2002.

I am a new member to this group. My details are as follows.

MA-SESA (PD:05/10/2002)
EB2-RIR

I recently checked with my attorney and as told by other members they have no information from MA SESA whether my case had been moved to Boston DOL.

I would like to know the AVM phone number for Boston DOL as the number 617 565 2191 does not work anymore.

Good luck for I-140 and I-485.

Can anybody please let me know what we actually need for I-140 and I-485 forms. Do we need References letters from previous and current employer. If yes, how many?????
