What happened to Automation ?

I tried to call 617 565 2191 to get DOL case status but never get through so far. Does any one have comments on that?

Help Needed

Hi,

I have got my labor approved in this month. Yesterday I did my medical test . Today I'm submittimg all my papers to file I-140 & I-485 councurrently.
Today we got an email from CEO saying that there is gonna be mass layoff soon. If I get laid off then could i be able to transfer my labor certificate ?
I would appreciate your help.

Hello Priyam,

You cannot transfer the Labor Certifcation, because it's your company which has been approved for hiring a foreign employee. However, once you apply for your I-485 AND 6 months have passed, you can continue to process you GC with another company, provided you have a job with similar requirements.

It's not clear how that works in concurrent processing cases, i.e. 6 months period starts after I-140 is processed or not. Best case, I-140 certification does not matter.

Whats happening to guys having RD of December, 01. Please update if you have received any decision.

Would please tell me what things do you need for I-140 and can you send me the list of the approved doctors for vaccination?
