I think my interpretation is that

they are allowed to check 6 months from the PD or SESA received date. Because SESA is the first stage of the labor process they will have to consider that date rather than DOL receipt date.

Filed with SESA on June 11th,2001 and Layoff at the end of June,2001.

I am just wondering what will happen in my case as my application was filed on June 11th,2001 in SESA and we had a layoff at the end of the June,2001 but nobody with my job description and working area was effected with that layoff, just some managerial level. What do you think might be the empact of the new ruling in my case. I know it\'s a little edgy in my case.

Connecticut -- Unpredictable

It took 7 months for me to get the clearance from CT SESA. The Priority date was end of May 2001. I too found the rollback in dates. You can call CT SESA and enquire them. Waiting for DOL is another story.

Thanks SMEYYUR for your reply. I did call CT SESA - they gave me three versions three different time - first was that it was by mistake that someone put wrong date on its site! Second time they said the April 30 is cleared and third time (last week) they said that call after 30-45 days. I am clueless!!!

   I am pretty new to this forum which has abundance information. My Labor certification was recieved by the Boston DOL on 24th October. Any ideas when will i recieve my Labor Certification Approved applied thru RIR.

This is reminiscent of the old days at Boston DOL.. All status changes for 6/17 are rebuttals received, just like in the past. The ba$%@#!$\'s !! I hope that this is a temporary phase and that they soon come out of it.

Anyway.. just popped in to say hi. SunRay, you are doing excellent work here. Hope the ol\' s/w has been purring along without any glitches.
