Surprising, I didn\'t get any reply to my inquiry since last Friday!

I am not getting any replies to my enquiry since last Friday....could you please let me know the email again and what did you use the Employer phone#/Tax id/Case#?

Question to SUN RAY

I wud like to know the status of my labor processing. I got a number from my employer and they filed my case in NON RIR(Boston) that too in OCT 2001. How can I find my status? Is there any chance for my labor gets cleared before MAY 2004.(My visa expires on that date)
 
now the email is not bouncing back either. that probably means

the system is overwhelmed or someone is working on it

i am assuming you meant the file was sent from SESA to Boston. Anyways, send me your case# and I will check

Need Your Help Sunray

My friend\'s labor cleared from Boston on Jun 20th. His case reached Boston on Apr 23. My labor reched Boston May 9th ( all of them in 2002). How long do you think my labor will take to go through. Both my friend and me work for the same company in NH and both our cases are EB2 RIR.

Any help is appreciated. My case number is 132----.
