But you have not been "Delayed". As I know, there are still about 300 Auguest and 200 September cases pending. I guess you will be able get it within a month. Good Luck!

expiring H1B

Does anybody know when I should apply for extending my H-1B visa? My 3-years H-1B is going to expire in Jan2003. How logn dies it take to extend it? Thanks in advance.
 
DOL already processed most of the Novemeber cases

Hi Guys,
    I got some surprising news from my lawyer today. Both mine and my friend\'s Labor petition came back from DOL with NOF couple of weeks ago. Both of us are late November cases. We are just wondering why our cases did not show up in the daily updates of DOL, inspite of getting NOF almost 3 weeks back.
As far as I know we didn\'t miss any updates posted on this site.
This messages doesn\'t mean to offend your updates, just wondering how could these updates miss from the list...

Is the server down today?

Yesterday, I got a response. Today, I haven\'t got any reply, i guess the DOL server is down. (That is a good omen -- they process cases fast, when the server is down!!!)
