I am not sure if I am right, but I found some of my DOT is the same as others as well.
Have you got your LC approved? I thought you submitted in 2001.

No I haven\'t yet got my LC cleared. My RD is 10/22/2001 and I am following this thread regularly, haven\'t seen my number pop up yet. Alsso, now the numbers that are being proccessed are from Nov and Dec of 2001. When I checked with my lawyer, he says it takes 13 months to get the LC cleared.

could you please update the monthly stats to date and include stats to somewhere in 2002. just to get an idea of how many applications are pending

Boston DOL does pick up speed now, last year I thought it would be great to get my LC at the end of 2002!

Here is one more attempt to pull out some details from you :)

What is your DOL\'s RD?
What is your DOL AD (Approved Day)? Is it 05/01/02?
 
It does not look good. The trend has been an increasing number of applications are being NOF\'d and

a lot of them are temporary cases.
