Nothing cool in those approvals!!!!!!! Seems to be a lot of COOKS but then ........

this means that many less cases to worry about from November as all these cases are from nov. hopefully they will clear 2001 within a month or two
 
please clarify: NOF

Recently a lot of cases are been NOFed,
I checked some of those cases, found most of those case with salary below 70,000 . some one please clarify the reasons the case may got NOF.

I don\'t think the pattern could be based on salary. But you never know what the real parameters are, apart from major layoffs in a firm

I was NOF\'d because my company laid off tons of workers. DOL wanted additional justification as to why RIR when layoffs were occurring

any new story about how the DOL process RIR.

And the NOF is different from RIR declined, right?

I think they are processing Oct cases too. Looking at the case description, it looks like they are clearing non-IT related cases first.

yes an NOF is different from Denial.

NOF is an advance notice statinf that they have found reasons to deny the application and they are giving you a chance to prove them wrong.

If your laywer can respond back with the appropriate proof of why they should not deny your RIR then DOL will make a decision based on those facts.

So when issued a NOF you are getting a chance to plead your case failing which the application will be denied which can be challenged at the Labor Certification Board.

Hi Guys,

Can someone tell me what\'s a DOT code is ???? Because when I checked on the AVM, i find that the DOT code for me and the previous case number is the same. Is this possible ? Or there is some kind of mix-up...???
