Question on Boston DOL

Hello All,

I am a frequent visitor to this great site. I have a question since I was trying to figure out the whole case tracking info you offer. My Labor Certification (RIR) was received in Regional Office on April 23, 2001 (Boston), when calling the DOL office all they tell me is that they are processing 3rd week in March(quite slow) but how do I know if there are many cases before mine or what the work load is to see when I can expect any news? I know it\'s probably a difficult question but you guys could maybe help me.

We have been desperately waiting to file EAD for my wife.

Now question.

Can this be done after filing I140 or after filing I485.

Just be patient.

Although for you wait will be less because offlate Boston
DOL is churning out around 40-100 cases/day.
 
Boston Automated Status Check Line - not working

I\'m trying to find the status of my LC application.
CT SESA submited it to DOL on May29,2001.
I only have the employer taxid and phone, no case number.
I\'ve tried the (617) 565-2191 (now is the 2nd night), but it just rings...

Is it still the correct number ?

Boston DOL number

Hi,

The number you wrote down is the automated service (617-565-2191) I have this other number but I guess this is the number where the "nice" lady answers, (617-565-4446) they only give info on processing dates; called 2 days ago and they where processing 3rd week in March.
