Nope ..
I have not seen any LUD changes yet. Assigned probably means that the case is in his/her queue. I might see LUD changes next week. I have also known some cases to only see LUD changes upon approval and not prior to that. Will have to wait and see what transpires.

Thanks! It's great that your case has been assigned. Now it's just a matter of couple of days. I too called TSC just now and was told that my case has not been assigned to an officer yet. She told me to wait another 6 months
as my case was only tranferred in March Update from Senator's office
I just got a call from my Senator's office (I'm working with them closely on my case). She asked NSC today (i think it was a good q), how they are plannning to process all these cases and the reply is that about 10,000 cases have become current as of today because of the forward movement (very interesting statistics not sure if it's at NSC or total) and they will adjudicate them based on the PD.
As far as my case when she asked, NSC rep told her that since it was one of the old cases (i know it's not that old compared to Saras and others), it was already assigned to an officer on May 29th. They also told her that NSC is gearing up for this for few weeks now.
So, looks like promising news to me as my case was assigned to an officer and hopefully we all get out of this mess asap.

i doubt if pre adjudicated thing exists. if there is, then we should start seeing the approvals soon.

Its seems that so far there have only been a few approvals at NSC. Some approved cases have been current for a while. I have only heard of one so far that became current today and was approved.

Even if the cases are pre-adjudicated, I think, there may be a certain manual process involved before they approve the cases. First, they should request visa numbers from DOS. I think it is not a simple computer generated approval. Suddenly, they have more work load. I hope approval will get acclerated in next week.
Though you guys may not like it, it is benefical for people like me (just missed by few weeks in june visa bulliton). If they approve more in later part of this month (after july visa bulliton) DOS move cuttoff date generously in July.

In my case, it's undetermined whether I became current or not.
My LC qualifies for EB2. But attorney wants to file in EB3. In former case I'm current, in latter I'm not.
BTW, My LC has been pending in PBEC. Online status changed to certified today around noon. Obviously, no paper copy of LC yet.
I've kept all my docs ready, including birth certificates and medical, just in case paper lc is received before end of this month and they agree to file EB2.

I tried to initiate servidce enquiry, but when they ask did any thing happned with my case in last 60 days and when i say I had my FP2 on May 3rd, they say I have to wait for 60 days to initiate service enquiry.
Cna you please tell me how did u initiate enquiry ?
Did you chose option of "Case out of processing date" while calling the 800 number or you spoke with Immigration officer using POJ trick.
Please let me know.. I'am having dificulty with initiating service enquiry.

Call them again and don't tell them about your FP being done within 60 days to get a service enquiry initiated.

I called NSC again . I don't know is it ok to keep calling NSC everyday. Iguess its not but couldn't control.
Anywyas I talked to lady officer and she told me that everything looks clear. on asking is my case assign to anyone or not yet , she said not yet. When visa numbers are not available, the pile up the files. I said yes I am calling because my PD became current today. She replied my case/file was touched on 30th may ( That may be because I called on 30th to findout about name check).
Lets hope for the best.

Went for the Infopass
Since my PD became current today, I scheduled an Infopass and attended it today.
The lady was extremely courteous and told me that the case was x-fer'd to TSC. She printed out my info and told me she is going to send an email to TSC and ask for further details and see what's holding up the approval. She asked me to come by again on Tuesday or Wednesday as she expects to have answers by then.
I did not ask for any further info. I thought it's prudent of me to leave while she gets the info and come back a few days later when I'd have another opportunity to ask her the questions pertaining to namecheck etc. Hopefully she'll have more answers then compared to the no. of questions I have at the given moment.
I've scheduled another InfoPass for 11am Wednesday June 6th.
On a lighter note: I was the only one in the DHS/INS/USCIS office at 11am! I guess Maine is not a hotspot for immigrant folks
