Here is the update for last week.

Both BECs picked up some speed (they really need to).
Philly did ~2600 (a record), almost 400 certified/denied/closed/withdrawn from TR. That is a good speed, keep up!

Dallas did ~1500, also good but not as good as Philly. They are almost equal now on percentages and Philly has less TR cases. Dallas moved 230 cases from TR, but half of them were withdrawals.
We see ~400 cases moved from TR to RIR in Dallas for two weeks now, much more then Philly, my guess is that they had some cases entered incorrectly (that would also explain the reason why they have so much more TR cases).

I added the third column for Overall processed cases (that includes CERTIFIED, DENIED, WITHDRAWN, CLOSED) in the Most Active tab. It is still kind of random, I don't think that you could get too much information out of it - certifications are all over the date range.

I just learned that my case was certified today. :D

Now going to next step I-140.
I was wondering what would be best - file premium processing or just wait for regular.
My situation is:
I filed for 7th year extension, not finalised yet.
I have EB-3 petition, rest of the world, so I am backlogged. I will be filing in Nebraska service center (they show June, 13 processing date).
I think it will be safer to file premium processing, just in case, but if the processing is fast I'd be willing to wait a couple of months.

As for the tracker - I guess I can maintain it for a couple of week and then transfer it to somebody else. May be PBECIsKillingMe might take over if he is willing to.

Requests for STATS for ETA# D-05207-45 :(

Hi,

Its encouraging to see our fellow friends approvals.:)

Can anyone please share the stats for ETA# D-05207-45.

Thx in advance for your time and help.

IV Members, please take a look

Dear IV (immigrationvoice) members,
I posted the following message in IV and the CORE MEMBERS REMOVED IT WITH IN 5 MINUTES. Even some member quoted me, that message was also deleted. Please read this and judge by yourself whether this message is too bad to remove.

Why IV needs contribution?
CIR is heavily publicized and hundreds of groups (very well far bigger
than IV) are in it which includes big corporate companies like MS, INTEL
etc lobbying for EB/H1B reform. IV needs no effort there in CIR.

We who already contributed to IV, hopped a separate bill like SKILL will
be passed that talks about only our issues related to EB retrogression
or at least some thing that helps us to file I-485 in the event
retrogression.

IV core members told that some bill is coming and will be passed before
EOM February. And now, core members are silent. I think that was a stunt
to drive more contribution.

IV core members claim that it is their effort which included all the EB
provision in CIR. I highly doubt this claim.

The core members are now a days only asking for contribution and not
guiding at all. Even the video that was posted in Youtube, Aman is
asking for contribution 100 times. This looks so awkward.

I believe they should declare their plan and estimated expenses. They did a good job so far, it should not ruin its reputation just for non-transparency of contributions.
