certified finally.

Yeah, just jot it online that my case was certified overnight. Yesterday I took a look before leaving office and it was still in process. So I'll be sitting tight to see the paperwork coming by. Good luck to all of you who are still being tortured by the demn BEC, and I'll be waiting for you at next stage.

Funny thing is that I've never got the 45DL which I thought I was waiting for.

With all these close to Mar.28, 2005 RIR cases got certified we TR folks see light at the other end of this tunnel.

Need Help

Hi,

I am hoping someone can help me here. My priority date became current on Jan 2 07. It has been almost one month and I still have not heard anything regarding my 485 approval. I started an inquiry regarding on Jan 8th on my file by calling there 800 # and telling them my file is outside there processing time and that my priority date is current. Now I am supposed to wait 60 days before I can call them with any questions. Is there anything more I can do to get the approval faster?

Also what are my options and chances incase I wish to file a litigation against BCIS.

Thanks

I got today a screenshot and all fields are filled up. This maybe means good, knowing that in December there were 3-4 fields empty. My only problem is that the line of Prevailing Wage shows like 5K more then Rate of Pay. Is this going to be a problem or my company needs to match that higher wage? Would they send me a RFE? The company has not received anything yet. Do I need to get things moving? Does my company need to sent a new Rate of Pay to match the Prevailing one even that no RFE is received? At the time of filling the Pay Rate was higher then the Prevailing Wage. I got some raises during these 2 years but not as much as 5k. Does the 95% of the P.W. apply still? Any ideas will help.
Peace out.
