Certified!! Hurray!!!

"Certified" As per the traking web site.

I think my employer/attorney has yet to receive the communication from BEC as the case was approved in last couple of days.

This thread has been very useful tool. Thanks for all the efforts... especially JustWatching, mvinays & MDwatch fro there valuable effort in maintaining the excel sheet.

Guys/Gals,

Not sure if this is the right forum........

Has any one got information if 45 day time limit applies to apply for I-140. I am trying to use a substitution for an approved labor.

Aprreciate your help.

Although, I am yet to hear from my Attorney or HR, I am banking on online status. It took only 668 days for BEC to stamp "CERTIFIED" out of 1122 days of Labor pain.

Correction of the ETA#

Hi MDWatch,

Please make correction to my ETA# number. My actual number is D-05004-09xxx rather than D-05008-xxxxx. Thank you.

I have performed a survey using the online status. Among 600 IDs starting from D-05004-09001 to D-05004-09600, 428 certified (71.3%), 85 in process (14.2%), 5 data review (0.8%), 3 denied (0.5%), 0 appealed, 22 withdrawn (3.7%), 17 closed (2.8%), and 40 no record (6.7%). I am in that 14.2% group still waiting the approval.

Hope this information will help. Is there anyone in the same boat as I am?

I-140 premium processing is now available for EB1 and EB2 as well (Read News Flash on www. murthy.com).
