BEC Priority Date Tracker

check DBEC process!!

since DBEC already have on line check in place, we can use it to check
how fast they go.

1) We need choose 100 members in different years,category(RIR/TR) and state.
2) Ask each members check 10 active case number, status near him each month.

if we have 100 member join the surey, we can check 100*10=1000 case,
it will tell us the whole picture how fast DBEC process.

Got PERMANENT RESIDENCY CARD and labor approved!!!

Well, I got my labor certification approved. As I wrote in the forum last month, my company and I filed another independent I-140/I-485 package through "Outstanding Professor or Researcher" category without retaining a lawyer. Both I-140 and I-485 has been approved in a couple of months, and I received my permanent residency card by mail. It was a surprisingly rapid process.

please add mine to the checker

Hi All,

I am very new to this website as a registered user, though I have been looking the information in this site for a longtime, just now registered especially after seeing the report (BECTracker091806.zip). It was an excellent job. It gives good information based on that we can predict where we are.

I would like to add my information also to this tracker list.

PD: 02/23/2004
ETA Case #: P-05154-XXXXX

Thanks...

Please change my status in the tracker to Certified

It is certified Sept. 8, 2006. My ETA is P-0431X-XXXXX

Thanks for managing the tracker.

If your case is EB3 go for premium processing..if you've approved labor and approved I-140 you can retain the PD even if you move to new employer..

If your case is EB2 I still recommend you to file for I-10. If your case is fwd to TSC (if you are lucky) then you might get it approved in 2 weeks.

Please update the records
