Case in Final review

My case is in Final Review. Just called the #202 and was told that my case is in final review. My Lawyer said that it should be a couple of days until we will hear from them. :)
 
Good number of approvals from PBEC in recent days (touch wood). More work for MDWatch :) .

MDWatch, thanks a lot for doing such a difficult task.
 
Update

Well, my labor certification petition is still pending with a priority date of 04/30/2003. However, my employer and I recently submitted an I-140/I-485 package to BCIS through "outstanding professor or researcher" category without retaining a lawyer. The I-140 petition has been approved within 22 days after the BCIS received the package. This approval put me in a stage that is far ahead of the labor certification stage. Now, I will wait for I-485 to be approved.

what are the possible answers you will get:

1. Case is Approved.

2. Case is in final review (probably good news)

3. Assigned to analyst - (means they haven't touched your case yet).

do u have multiple labor cert. i saw your post for New jersey. a few days later it is for minnesota.

is it a mistake?. which state did you file your lc from.
 
What is "Final Review" means?

Can some one explain what final review means? when I happen to call the blessed 202# the gentleman who attended the call said my application was is final review? I asked him does it mean it is sent to certifying Officer he said no its not its assigned analyst. I read in this forum "assigned to anlayst" means your case is in the que yet to be worked

Hi All,

Do I have to ask HR to call them or can I call the 202 # myself? What do I have to have in hands when I call it? Would my company's name be enough?

No you cannot directly call them up, you have to be a lawyer or company. They need your company name and ETA number.

I had a 45DL back in 2005, replied of course within days and they then promptly closed the case due to a supposed non-reply. We had the reply certified and could prove they'd received it. They finally agreed to re-open in Sep. 05. I got a second 45DL when they did this January 2006.

My case was approved 10 August, just found out. No where was that silly old chart about the retrogression dates?

Whats with DBEC?

its really frustrating to see that DBEC is not considering any cases which got their 45 day letter in 2005.Its good to see approvals which ensures some movement .But whats the use of having earlier PD and answering 45 day lettter before the cases this year.it didnt give us any advantage.Whats it with FIFO. its not true at all.
